Mark Schaufler, coach

A passion and calling to minister to youth for over 30 years has driven Mark to find ways to effectively communicate to young people and the people who work with them.  Whether that person is a volunteer, part time, or full time youth worker, he provides training that will help them to be effective.

Mark looks at how involvement in ministry affects an individual's family, work, and how to balance it for the long term.
